here, there and everywhere

I'm a huge sucker for lyrics. I find songs beautiful for my ears if the lyrics touched me. Drama, mellow, yes I don't care but I could actually loveee a song real hard just because of the lyrics. I could actually imagine the story behind the lyrics, etc etc. Husband think I'm too much of a drama, indeed but heck I love lyrics =)

One of my most favorite lyrics is a song by the Beatles, here there and everywhere. The song was written by the great Paul McCartney in 1966 for their Revolver album.

To lead a better life
I need my love to be here

Here, making each day of the year
Changing my life with a wave of her hand
Nobody can deny that there's something there

There, running my hands through her hair
Both of us thinking how good it can be
Someone is speaking, but she doesn't know he's there

I want her everywhere
And if she's beside me I know I need never care
But to love her is to need her

Everywhere, knowing that love is to share
Each one believing that love never dies
Watching their eyes and hoping I'm always there

I want her everywhere
And if she's beside me I know I need never care
But to love her is to need her

Everywhere, knowing that love is to share
Each one believing that love never dies
Watching their eyes and hoping I'm always there

I will be there, and everywhere
Here, there and everywhere

We played this song at our wedding day and now I sing this as my baby's lullaby.
